Mark has is a holder of BSc Construction Engineering from Lawrence Institute of Technology and MSc Civil Engineering from Wayne State University both in Detroit Michigan U.S.A. He is the sole shareholder in different companies within the commerce spectrum involving construction (infrastructure development) spanning 30 years’ experience, hospitality, property acquirement and development and recently involved in the sporting fraternity by acquiring shares in one of the oldest football team in Bostwana.

As part of his social responsibilities to the country he has through Zac Construction adopted 2 houses in SOS Villages in Botswana in Gaborone and Serowe respectively, and constructed a fully fledged day care centre in Gaborone acceding to the request of JCI.
